29 Years of Construction Expertise
Bob has been part of the construction industry for over 29 years. He has experience as a Client, Consultant and Contractor. This gives him a unique understanding of what is required to deliver a successful project from concept through to final delivery.
In the last 15 years, he has developed a track record in the areas of:
- Delivering large infrastructure projects – rail and road.
- Leading the procurement and implementation of large network maintenance contracts
- Development of integrated project control systems
Through this experience, he has developed an ability to work across teams, understand the individual and compound risks and methods to mitigate them.
