Janus is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 30 years professional experience in the development, tendering and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects in South Africa and New Zealand.
Janus has a passion for Project planning and scheduling. This passion, as well as specialist knowledge and practical experience in Project Cost Management, Contract Management, Earned Value and Forensic Delay Analysis will ensure IPNZ clients are fully aware of the individual impacts each area has on overall Project Objectives.
