Paul is a highly experienced Operations and Project Management professional. With over 15 years’ experience in the delivery of technically complex, globally visible projects such as the London Olympic Games, Sochi Winter Olympics, and the 2011 Rugby World Cup where milestones are critical and the management of risk is paramount to the Project’s success. More recently he has been embedded on some of Auckland Transport’s and KiwiRail’s strategically important infrastructure projects leading the risk management function.
