Ben is a qualified Civil Engineer and Manager with extensive experience in multi-disciplinary teams on some of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure Projects.  He has been accountable for the delivery of civil infrastructure while managing teams of over 60 engineers and field staff, fostering collaboration and high performance in a number on contracting models.

Ben has strong business management skills and commercial acumen, he excels in seeking out efficiency gains, negotiating favourable project outcomes and ensuring sound commercial decisions are made during contract negotiations.

Ben excels at building trusted, lasting relationships with his peers and clients, and thrives on the challenge of leading teams to deliver long term strategic results.
